Summer Construction & Access to the UWRL

Ongoing summer construction will impact UWRL access. Please see below for information on  upcoming construction projects: 

September Canyon Road Closures

Aerial map showing planned road and trail closures on Canyon Road in Logan, Utah, near the USU Waterlab and First Dam. Due to a water line crossing project at the New City Water Storage Tank Site, Canyon Road and an adjacent trail will be temporarily closed to traffic and pedestrians

September 3-4, 2025

Canyon Road and an adjacent trail will be temporarily closed to traffic and pedestrians. Please access the UWRL through the main entrance. The road before and after the back entrance will not be accessible during this time.
