Biography

Dr. Zachary Sharp has extensive experience performing hydraulic physical and numerical studies. Dr. Sharp is responsible for completing hundreds of model studies and flow calibrations.


Teaching Interests

Area of expertise includes hydraulics and fluid mechanics related courses as well as other water modeling courses.

Research Interests

Numerical modeling of open a channel and closed conduit flows. Special interest in the effects of flow meter, valve, and fitting effects from non-ideal piping configurations.
