RFPs for the following USGS funding opportunities are now available
The USGS has released RFP’s for the following three USGS 104 programs:
- Water Resources Research Act Program National Competitive Grants (USGS 104g) https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=333655 (Maximum award $250,000, funding available $1,500,000)
- Water Resources Research Act Program Aquatic Invasive Species Competitive Grants https://www.Grants.Gov/Web/Grants/View-opportunity.Html?Oppid=333657 (Maximum award $250,000, funding available $1,000,000)
- Water Resources Research Act Program: Per-and Polyflouroalkyl (PFAS) Substances Competitive Grants https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=333658 (Maximum award $250,000, funding available $1,000,000)
The submission deadline for all three proposals is June 24, 2021. Any investigator at an institution of higher learning in the United States is eligible to apply for an award through a Water Research Institute or Center. The Utah Center for Water Resources Research (UCWRR) at the Utah Water Research Laboratory (UWRL) is the Utah Institute eligible for these awards. If you intend to submit a proposal, please contact Carri Richards (firstname.lastname@example.org) know as soon as possible so that we can coordinate and assist you in getting the proposal prepared and submitted by June 24.
