Dr. Blake Tullis Appointed to the Utah Drinking Water Board

UWRL researcher, USU professor, and Interim VP for Research,Blake Tullis, has been appointed to the Utah Drinking Water Board (DWB) for a 4-year term. The 9 members of the board are appointed by the governor. Dr. Tullis will fill the academic/research board member position previously held by UWRL faculty member David Stevens.

The DWB provides technical overview and expertise for drinking water management in Utah, adopting the rules governing design, operation, and maintenance of Utah’s public drinking water systems. The Board meets monthly and the public is invited to attend.
