Reconciling of SAF/MLF accounts as well as working with the Business Manager on reporting. Uploads auxiliary invoices into the campus system. Provides reports to account managers as needed. Provides support with all accounting, contractual, and budget matters

Expertise: Responsible for processing and tracking hourly and graduate payroll, travel authorizations, P-Cards, requisitions, and check requests. Travel requires processing pre-trip and closeout information as well as potentially assisting with travel coordination. P-Card’s require balancing all statements and correcting charges to the appropriate accounts under the direction of the account managers. Also tracks leave for the personnel at the Utah Water Research Laboratory providing quarterly updates to individuals. Receives and records all incoming checks and payments

Provides support with all accounting, contractual, and budget matters. Tracks and records all UWRL inventory items as well as surplus items

Responsible for new student orientation, ordering keys, driver's training, sexual harassment training and employee termination processes

Operates, installs and/or maintains field monitoring equipment. Prepares and analyzes water samples for various chemical, physical and biological parameters. Reviews field and laboratory results. Maintains project data bases. Supervises student assistants in various aspects of laboratory and field activities

Assists with preparation and tracking of service rates. Tracks and monitors monthly expenditures on specific contracts/grants, some administrative accounts and all UWRL overhead. Performs general Business Office duties as assigned
